This session will provide practical and legal guidance regarding the rights and authority of board members. It will explore communications between board members and legal counsel; rights, obligations and potential liability of board members; limitations on individual board member authority; and the importance of confidentiality. Board members and administrators are encouraged to attend, ask questions and share experiences.
